Your hotel reservations have been automatically cancelled and any holds on your credit cards will be removed by the hotel.

We hope you'll join us this spring at our annual 2020 Regional Training Conferences (RTC)! You have two opportunities to attend: our conference in Alberta this May will cater to our Western Canadian and U.S. customers, while our conference in Toronto this April is offered for the convenience of our Eastern Canadian and U.S. client base.
CityView regional training conferences are fantastic opportunities to learn, share knowledge and network with fellow CityView users and CityView product experts.
We are working hard on creating an engaging agenda for each conference and will email you the schedule once complete. In the meantime, please take a look at the details below and secure your spot today! You have two options to attend:

When: April 2-3, 2020

**Travel and hotel arrangements are the attendee's responsibility
We have secured a nightly rate of $149.00 for a standard room + tax for those requiring hotel rooms –attendees will be required to call and book the room.

Please note you are with the CITYVIEW GROUP BLOCK to be honored the group rate. You will also need to provide a credit card at time of check-in and will be responsible for any costs associated with staying at the hotel.
Fees & Payments
Your low fee of $495.00 per attendee includes conference fees plus continental breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks for both days. (Hotel cost is separate).
WE WILL NEED TO RECEIVE PAYMENT PRIOR TO THE START OF THE CONFERENCE. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE AN INVOICE. FEES INCLUDE ADMISSION TO ALL SESSIONS AND CONFERENCE-SPONSORED MEALS.

We will be hosting a social event from 6:30-9 p.m. on the first evening of each conference. This social networking event will include hors d'oeuvres, dinner and drinks. Location is still to be determined but will likely be a short drive from the hotel, so transportation is recommended.
