After years of leading complex software implementations, Klaire Cheng brings her expertise in project delivery to CityView.
With more than five years of experience managing SaaS and on-premises software implementations across financial services, public sector, and healthcare organizations, Klaire has spearheaded upwards of 50 projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver results with a focus on execution and client satisfaction. In 2023, she became a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)—a major milestone in her project management journey.
Her passion for project delivery started with a university course in project management that sparked her career direction. Before entering the tech world, Klaire worked as a flight attendant—an experience that allowed her to travel widely and sharpen her skills in adaptability and time management.
Originally from Hong Kong, Klaire relocated to Canada in 2022 and has embraced the opportunities of working in the tech sector. She’s a strong advocate for continuous learning and is particularly interested in AI and emerging technologies.
Outside of work, Klaire enjoys watching documentaries on travel and social issues. One of her favorite series? Black Mirror—no surprise for someone so interested in the future of tech!
