Sales manager

CityView is growing and we’re looking for an experienced regional sales manager to join our team! If you’re passionate about helping local governments modernize their services with innovative software solutions, this is an exciting opportunity to make an impact.

As a regional sales manager at CityView, you’ll be responsible for developing new customer relationships and expanding our reach across North America. You'll manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and presenting to negotiating and closing deals — all while working closely with our marketing and customer success teams.

What you’ll do

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with municipal governments and agencies
  • Deliver presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs
  • Develop strategic territory plans to achieve sales goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support customer success

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in software or public sector markets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven and highly organized
  • Experience selling to municipalities is a plus
