CityView will provide Hamilton with online citizen service, electronic plans review, and mobile capabilities
The City of Hamilton, Ohio becomes CityView’s fourth customer in the state, alongside Grove City, New Albany, and Avon.Key to the decision-making process for the City was seeing the benefits of CityView Workspace, which incorporates the latest in Browser technology.
The City will be implementing CityView Property Information , Permits & Inspections , Code Enforcement , and Cashiering. The City will also be deploying CityView Mobile for permit and code inspections; CityView Portal (to provide online self-service to citizens); CityView Electronic Plans Review (a paperless solution for streamlining the review process);
CityView GIS extension ; MS Word Add-in (merging CityView data seamlessly into letter outputs); and the Configuration Console.
Hamilton is familiar with the Harris family of businesses, as it currently uses iNovah (a revenue management system by System Innovators), and previously used the Harris Govern product for many years. The City also uses long-time Harris sponsor Invoice Cloud, an Electronic Bill Presentment with Payment (EBPP) solution.
