Thank You to Our Customers

On this day, a year ago, we received the directive to stay home and if you weren’t home, to go home. Who would have thought that a year later we would still be living the existence of a world in the hold of a pandemic.

As we think back to the weeks that followed the directive and the tremendous uncertainties and fears we held, and see where we are today, we recognize how fortunate we are to have the resilient business we do and to have customers like you who make it so. You all made it happen, from creating conditions where you could continue to move your projects with us along, to doing the same for your customers so that they could continue to operate their businesses. We could not have come this far without your resolve to provide excellent customer service to your constituents and to continue to implement the tools we have to help facilitate that.

We still have a good stretch of road to travel, to get to the other side of this predicament, but I believe the public at large will come out of this more empathetic, more compassionate and more single-minded in the drive for convenient, accessible, safe and electronic citizen service, and we are proud to be in a position to offer solutions that have such a purpose.
