Sean Higgins
Executive Vice President

Sean Higgins is CityView’s Executive Vice President, overseeing the company’s ongoing growth and profitability, sustainability, and delivery of exceptional business solutions. Together with the leadership team, he focuses on delivering a compelling customer experience.

Sean has more than 15 years software and local government sales and leadership experience. Within CityView, Sean has served in many roles from Business Analyst to Regional Sales Director and Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

Sean attended the University of Natal, South Africa earning a Master of Science of Agriculture cum laude.

Angus Simpson
Vice President, Sales & Marketing

Angus Simpson is CityView’s Vice President of Sales & Marketing. He has a 20+-year international career in software technology sales.

Angus leads a team of professionals responsible for placing CityView solutions in the hands of local government agencies that can best benefit from them. Through his team, he provides strategic direction to the company to ensure an alignment of product and services with market needs. He is also responsible for aligning CityView’s offerings to ensure project and customer success.

Susan McCormick
Senior Vice President, Customer Success

Susan McCormick brings over 25 years of experience in creating software solutions for government agencies. Susan is a CityView veteran with more than 15 years of progressive experience, including Executive Vice President and Vice President of R&D at CityView.

As Vice President, Customer Success, Susan directs the leaders of support and product development to enable customers to be successful in their roles through the use of CityView solutions.

Susan holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Computer Science, from Dalhousie University in Halifax, NS.

Dianna Winslow
Director, Professional Services

Dianna Winslow leads CityView's professional services department. She is responsible for ensuring predictable, service delivery excellence through her leadership and oversight of all practices within the department. Her career has been focused in local government for more than 20 years.

Dianna comes to CityView with a wealth of relevant experience and accomplishments, starting in municipal government in the finance department and moving into the private sector, leading professional services teams in the delivery of business-critical software solutions to local governments.

Dianna’s teams have spanned North America and she has worked with a diverse range of local government departments including finance, land management, public works and more.

Doug Thorsteinson
Director, Implementation Services

Doug Thorsteinson has 25+ years of experience in senior management from Vice President of Operations to General Manager to Director of Sales and Marketing. Doug has a passion for learning and is motivated by challenge. He is recognized as a team builder, problem solver and mentor.

Dale Peters
Director, Customer Success

Dale Peters serves as CityView’s Director of Customer Success, responsible for overall customer wellbeing by monitoring the health of customers' systems, ensuring issues are addressed, and acting as the senior escalation point, when needed.

Prior to CityView, Dale was Manager, Global Customer Support for P2 Energy Solutions for land management and operations software. In this customer-centric role, he established himself as a trusted resources and customer advocate. He has a wealth of experience supporting software customers and measures his success by their success.

Dale serves his community with a three-year term (March 2020-2023) on the Subdivisions and Development Appeals Board for the Town of Drayton Valley in Alberta, Canada.

In 2007, Dale received the Alberta Premiers “Gold” Award of Excellence for his contributions to a three-year project entitled “Bringing Land Sales and Postings to the World Wide Web.”

Steve Graham
Chief Technical Architect

Steve Graham is an accomplished technical architect with over thirty years of experience developing software for a range of platforms and technologies. With a strong technical background, Steve’s focus has been to provide solutions that solve users' problems. He provides high level strategic technical vision, analysis of requirements, identification of key abstractions and definition of the overall architecture.

Steve has spent over 25 years guiding the evolution of the core CityView product through numerous technology generations and architectures. In 2002, CityView was the world-wide winner of the Microsoft Certified Partner Awards in the Packaged Application category.

Steve holds an B.Sc Electronic Engineering from the University of Natal, South Africa.
