Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority is LIVE with CityView!

NPCA logoCityView is pleased to announce that the Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority ON is now live with CityView Property Information , Planning, and Cashiering, as well as CityView Portal and our Microsoft Add-ins for Outlook and Word.

The NPCA uses CityView for integration with GIS and to manage and track its approvals (planning applications, permits, etc.).

NPCA’s Project Manager Geoff Verkade said, “The Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority is very excited to have launched CityView to facilitate its permit and plan review services. This is a significant milestone towards achieving our goal of improving performance in our development approvals process identified in our current strategic plan. Staff are using CityView’s capabilities to power a level of business intelligence and efficiency that has never existed before within the plan and permit review department.”

The NPCA was established in 1959 and serves approximately half a million people in the Niagara Peninsula Watershed, encompassing the entire Niagara Region and portions of the City of Hamilton and Haldimand County. The NPCA manages the impact of human activities, urban growth and rural activities on the watershed.
