The Municipality of Chatham-Kent recently went live with Phase I of its CityView implementation; including CityView Permits and Inspections , Planning and Bylaw Enforcement, and will be rolling out additional phases in the coming weeks.
Chatham-Kent took advantage of CityView’s extensive efficiency add ons by implementing the Microsoft Outlook Add-In, CityView Electronic Plans Review and CityView Mobile. By also integrating CityView with the Municipality’s Electronic Document Management, MS Exchange, Work Orders and Point of Sales systems, CityView has facilitated Chatham-Kent meeting its expressed goals for unified solutions permitting data sharing; a shortened municipal review process; and real time data entry from the field.
Chatham-Kent is a world-class cultural and recreational destination with more than 60 tourism experiences that surprise and impress the most discerning traveller. Its population is just over 100,000 residents.
