The City’s evaluation committee identified CityView Electronic Plans Review as distinctively superior when compared with similar systems in the marketplace. With CityView EPR, Norman will be able to easily circulate, review, mark up and compare documents, plans and construction drawings and collaborate online, in real time.

In addition, Norman will implement CityView Mobile for building and code enforcement inspections, CityView Portal to extend self-service capabilities to citizens, and CityView’s Microsoft Outlook and Word Add-Ins to increase staff efficiency.
