CityView is pleased to welcome Sam Heraclides as its newest implementation specialist.
With eight years of experience in supporting clients in SaaS settings, Sam brings with him a wealth of knowledge to the professional services team. He will work closely with CityView customers to collect business requirements, configure the software and deliver training.
Originally from Australia and now residing in Calgary with his family, Sam's diverse interests in pottery, 3D printing and woodworking reflect his creativity and passion. Sam is married with three children. Below, they are pictured on vacation exploring Drumheller in Alberta. Drumheller is known as the "Dinosaur Capital of the World" because of the many fossils discovered in the surrounding Canadian Badlands.
