CityView has announced a new partnership with Blitz AI to bring advanced automation to digital permitting and plan review for local governments.
This collaboration combines CityView’s community development and permitting platform with Blitz AI’s compliance automation technology to help municipalities improve review timelines, increase consistency and deliver more transparent outcomes for residents and developers.
The partnership launches with an implementation in Naples, Florida, where Blitz AI is being integrated with CityView to support residential and commercial plan review. By analyzing building plans against the Florida Building Code and local ordinances, the solution helps staff identify compliance issues faster and generate detailed review feedback.
For municipalities, the impact is straightforward: faster reviews, clearer communication and more efficient workflows. By reducing manual effort and surfacing issues earlier in the process, staff can focus more time on higher-value work while improving the overall permitting experience.
