Software Trainer/Implementation Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to complement our training and implementation team. You must be capable of mastering and delivering all existing and future course content and materials for our flagship product, CityView. You will be taking an active role in identifying and documenting customer requirements and configuring the software to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved. You will interact with our clients on-site, on-line and over the phone so you have excellent communication skills, are positive and energetic. The position requires being away from the office an average of 2 weeks each month, training at various sites across North America. Some weekend travel is also required.

Technical Support Analyst

CityView is seeking a Technical Support Analyst who will be responsible for the day to day management of the Professional Services and Support team resources; will measure performance; and ensure all staff maintain high levels of service.

This person will: Respond to incoming customer tickets (phone, website, email); Interpret problems and determine necessary troubleshooting steps; Perform installations and upgrades as part of client implementations and routine maintenance; Develop a close working relationship with other departments as well as the primary contact people at each client site to ensure a high quality customer experience is achieved.

Junior Software Developer

CityView is seeking a Junior Software Developer who possesses the following qualities: ability to interpret business requirements and envisage creative solutions; ability to code to a set of specifications within a defined period of time; ability to design new product features and incorporate new technologies.

Experience/Skills required include, but are not limited to: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent education or related experience; Experience in object-oriented design.; User interface development skills including experience with modern web application stacks and several of the following: .Net, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, HTML5, Angular, jQuery, C#.; Relational Database development skills including Microsoft SQL Server.
