CityView Helps the City of Avon, OH Implement Process Improvement
Local Government processes constantly evolve and customer-centric cities constantly strive for process improvement. As a valued customer since 2011, the City of Avon recognizes that CityView is malleable and facilitates process improvement by capturing institutional rules and workflows into automated workflow and digital tracking.
The City embarked on a small project to move existing workflows into CityView’s Graphical Workflow Designer; integrate process improvements into those workflows; and provide refresher training to their users to sharpen their CityView skills.
