The City of Spruce Grove, AB recently purchased and is in the process of implementing CityView’s Business Licensing solution. The City has been a customer since 2004 and also uses CityView Planning as well as CityView Permits & Inspections. Martin Janiszewski, Programmer and Network Analyst for Spruce Grove explains the City’s decision to add on to their existing product portfolio:
“CityView will help us achieve our goal of reducing staff time required to manage business licenses by as much as 20%.This will be achieved through automation, process improvement, and improved reporting and data management. We will see improvement in customer service by being able to provide customers with faster turnaround times for processing of applications.”
