At CityView, we’re proud to help local governments better serve their communities through innovative software solutions. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated sales development representative to join our team and help us connect with cities and counties across North America.
In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our outreach efforts, identifying and engaging potential customers who can benefit from CityView’s powerful municipal software. Working closely with our marketing and sales teams, you'll help generate interest, qualify leads and contribute directly to the growth and success of CityView.
What you’ll do
- Research and identify new business opportunities
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective customers
- Qualify marketing-generated leads and set up meetings for account executives
- Collaborate with marketing to refine outreach strategies
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
What we’re looking for
- A strong communicator who’s comfortable reaching out to new people
- Self-motivated, organized and goal-driven
- Previous experience in a sales development or lead generation role (preferred but not required)
- Passion for municipal government or technology is a plus
