CityView's Wendy Duffield celebrates nine years of service with the company.
Originally hired as an implementation specialist in 2014, Wendy saw a need for improvements in knowledge sharing and communications, so she headed up a project to migrate #CityView training manuals from static PDF files to a dynamic HTML format. This is how CityView Connect was born.
CityView Connect is our online content management system. It provides a single platform for users to access online help, support and documentation.
In 2016, Wendy transitioned to technical writer. Today, she plays an instrumental role in translating complicated technical concepts into easy-to-follow instructions for thousands of CityView software users.
