August 3, 2026
Registration is open for the 2026 CityView Customer Training Conference, taking place Oct. 27-29 at The Westin San Diego Bayview. Whether you manage configuration, process permits or oversee department operations, CVC26 gives you 2.5 days of training and connection built around the work you do every day.
Here's what to expect.
1. Hands-on training sessions led by CityView experts
Sessions are built for staff who use CityView day to day, not for a general audience. You'll work through real configurations and workflows alongside the people who know the system best, so you leave with skills you can apply immediately.
2. Product roadmap updates and future direction
Hear directly from CityView on what's coming next and how it affects the modules your department relies on. Planning ahead is easier when you know what's on the horizon.
3. Peer-led discussions and real-world use cases
Municipal challenges rarely have a single right answer. CVC26 sessions include discussions led by other CityView customers, so you can hear how peer municipalities are approaching the same permitting, licensing and enforcement questions you face.
4. Direct access to the CityView team
Bring your questions, feedback and edge cases. CVC26 puts you in the room with the CityView staff who build and support the product, with time built in for one-on-one conversations.
5. Dedicated networking events
Evening events give attendees time to connect outside the session rooms. Past attendees point to these conversations as some of the most valuable parts of the conference.
