The City of Inver Grove Heights, MN, a CityView customer since 2006, recently began licensing and inspecting their rental properties with CityView’s Rental Housing solution.
CityView Rental Housing is helping the City manage its 3,700 rental properties by tracking registration, compliance inspections, renewals and maintenance in a central repository that integrates with Inver Grove Height’s other CityView modules. The City will speed up the renewal process, ensuring compliance and increasing staff productivity through automation and mobile inspections.
