Join our team: Sales support specialist/Sales coordinator

CityView is growing! As part of Harris Computer Systems, we’re looking for a sales support specialist/sales coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. This hybrid role is an exciting opportunity to make an impact by supporting critical sales operations across proposals, trade shows and day-to-day coordination.

What you’ll do

In this role, you will:

  • Lead proposal coordination by managing RFPs, RFQs and RFIs from start to finish. You’ll ensure submissions are accurate, compelling and on time.
  • Support trade shows and events by handling logistics, materials and booth coordination to make sure our sales presence is seamless.
  • Assist sales operations by maintaining supplies, onboarding new team members and supporting communication across departments.

The ideal candidate is:

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • A strong writer and proofreader
  • Skilled at project management and coordination
  • Comfortable collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Proficient with Salesforce and Microsoft Office
