The City of Grande Prairie, Alberta expands self-service options to business owners for licensing activities via the CityView Portal.
The benefits of the new software to the City support its economic and development initiatives through an automated business license renewal process, accurate and up-to-date revenue records and a transformation into a fully electronic business licensing process.
Since this go-live was so successful, Grande Prairie wants to continue offering online services by adding CityView Animal Licensing, CityView Permits & Inspections, and CityView Planning to better serve constituents.
Grande Prairie is located in Northwestern Alberta, in the heart of what is known as the “Peace Region.” It is the largest city North of Edmonton, Alberta's capital city.
