The City of West Kelowna, British Columbia, a customer since 2014, will revolutionize its plan review process using CityView Electronic Plans Review. Already a Bluebeam user, the City will be able to track documents from submission to approval by integrating the two solutions (CityView and Bluebeam) in order to facilitate a completely paperless workflow.
