The Town of Holly Springs selects CityView to streamline community development processes

Home to small businesses and multi-national firms, Holly Springs is a family-centered community of approximately 35,000 residents.

Development trends estimate that by 2025 Holly Springs will have more than 42,000 residents. They are the 5th largest town in Wake County, the 34th largest in North Carolina, and considered one of the fastest growing in North Carolina.

Managing this growth has presented a challenge to the current community development processes and applications at Holly Springs. The Town not only conducted a thorough analysis of business processes and workflows but looked to a software solution that could support their evolution to a more efficient process based on industry best practices.

Holly Springs joins a growing list of clients in North Carolina including Chatham County, Surry County, Monroe, and Gastonia in selecting CityView to:

  • Mitigate the challenges related to business processes across the Town’s development departments;
  • Allow for streamlined collection and processing of information; and to,
  • Facilitate standardization and timely access to information.
They will implement CityView Select for Property Information, Permits & Inspections, Planning, Code Enforcement and Cashiering. They will also implement the CityView Portal, CityView Mobile, and CityView Electronic Plans Review to help them manage the anticipated growth.

CityView will help Holly Springs:

  • Reduce manual processes and increase productivity;
  • Reduce paper and paper-orientated processes; and,
  • Provide simplified and expanded customer services to developers, contractors, business owners, and residents.
We couldn’t be more pleased to welcome Holly Springs to the CityView family.

The Town of Holly Springs, NC

Nestled among Apex, Cary and Fuquay-Varina, all towns experiencing growth from the heavily populated Raleigh and Research Triangle Park areas, Holly Springs is rapidly growing. The Town of less than 1,000 just two decades ago in 1990 has grown to more than 25,000. From the past to the present, from the small-town atmosphere where people still know each other by name to the frequent, unique family-oriented activities, Holly Springs is a town that is continuing to grow not just in population and industry but also in heart.
