The trainer's aim is to make the course an interesting and engaging experience for students. We have a team of trainers chosen for their skill as facilitators, trainers, coaches and computer specialists. They have a wealth of experience as adult educators backed by a depth of knowledge, developed over many years, working as Programmers, Designers, DBAs, and GIS or Systems Analysts. What this means is that, although they are primarily trainers, they can offer practical experience and understand the challenges of technology.

The trainers can deal with the diverse mix of talent that is inherent in any training course. All trainers have considerable experience teaching both large groups of students and training in one-on-one situations.
