Victoria, B.C., March 6, 2007 — Municipal Software (TSX:V:MSZ) is pleased to announce the addition of Dennis Asbury to the Executive Team as Vice President of Sales.

Mr Asbury comes to Municipal Software with extensive experience in companies with a high rate of both organic and acquired growth and a core understanding of the needs of local government. Most recently as VP Sales & Marketing at Harris Computer Systems, he was a member of an executive team that saw annual company growth of not less than 35% in the past five years. Prior to joining Harris, Dennis held the position of VP, Operations with Cayenta Corporation.
