Troy Kusy, Vice President of Major Accounts for Municipal Software, says that the "Integrating the Enterprise" theme is of vital importance to local government at this time, "we want to emphasize that while the term 'Enterprise' may seem very vogue right now, it really is more than just a trend and that the concept of true Enterprise integration is everlasting and is also the reality of what is required to build a truly responsive government today. Using CityView and Municipal Software services we want to show clients how they can approach Enterprise one step at a time without biting off more than they can chew. After all, CityView really is Enterprise."
Kusy also says that from the client's perspective, "one of the most beneficial aspects of the CityView User Conference is the information-sharing that occurs between clients." Sue Leuchter, Municipal Software Program Manager adds that "clients get to see how other clients are using our software to automate and streamline their businesses and then they may go home with new insights and ideas on how their own processes can be improved using CityView."
