Town of Newmarket, ON to implement Municipal Software's CityView System

Municipal Software Corporation, a leading developer of local government business process automation software, announced today the Town of Newmarket, Ontario has purchased CityView to automate their building permitting business process. The total value of the contract is about $50,000.

The system will provide the city with the ability to fully automate its building permitting functions.

The Town of Newmarket is the third municipality in York Region to automate with CityView. Newmarket has a population of approximately 65,000. The town has committed to implementing the new system within the next six months. The CityView implementation includes on-site training for City employees and data conversion services.
