As President and Chief Executive Officer, Dennis guides Municipal Software by overseeing all corporate planning and strategic direction. He is responsible for the day to day operations of the company, including Business Development, Operations, Finance and Administration. Before his appointment as Executive Vice President, Dennis held the position of Vice President of Sales with Municipal. Prior to joining Municipal Software, Dennis spent five years with Harris and Cayenta of Constellation Software, both local government and utility software vendors. He served there in the roles of Vice President of Business Operation, and Vice President of Sales and Marketing. This experience is invaluable as he understands what it takes to implement the software that he and his team provide to the market. Dennis has spent 14 years in senior management roles in the technology sector. He also served as General Manager for TLD Computers Inc. a $40m technology integrator located in Richmond, BC. Dennis has served the Executive Advisory Boards of IBM, HP and Compaq. |

Since joining Municipal Software in 2005, Susan has been influencing product management decisions in her role as the PreBuilt Program Manager. She has a strong working knowledge of the CityView platform, the PreBuilts, our clients and our mandate. Susan has 15 years experience creating software solutions for government agencies in the areas of permitting, enforcement, and land management. Six of those years were spent at MacKay Meters™ where she both led the development of a suite of products for parking and bylaw enforcement, and gained an in-depth knowledge and appreciation for the local government market. |

Dave Arrowsmith joined Municipal Software in December 2006 and is responsible for the Support Services group, including software Customer Support and Maintenance. He also oversees some areas of project implementation and deployment.
