He/she will lead a number of application development projects to ensure that the final application meets the client's functional requirements.  He/she will play an integral role in the success of the project from inception to installation and will act as the primary client contact on all matters relating to the project. This will involve:

• Project planning and kickoff
• Scope definition and expectations management
• High-level functional specifications and release planning
• Prioritization of customer requirements
• Coordination with development teams to implement required functionality
• Resource scheduling
• Plan execution and progress monitoring
• Monitoring of project staff performance
• Overall client services management

Ideal candidates for the role will have both project management and change management experience.

The successful candidate will have

• A relevant university degree and/or Project Management certification and five years related professional experience
• An solid understanding of local government business processes
• Demonstrated skills in writing scope documents and specifications
• Be familiar with waterfall-driven implementation methodologies
• Be familiar with customizable software application packages (CRM, ERP or others) and have an profound understanding of configuration
• Be proficient at leading mixed teams of analysts and developers across multiple locations
• Have a solid technical knowledge of Windows/ .NET and Databases (SQL Server and Oracle)
